Vegan French Toast
French toast… the breakfast of dreams. In fact, Vegan French toast could probably be eaten for any meal and it would be a meal of dreams.

- 8 slices Brioche bread
- 500 ml Soy milk
- 6 tablespoon Egg white substitute I used a liquid one from Oggs
- ¾ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 2 tablespoon Sugar white, granulated
- 2-3 tablespoon Butter for frying
In a large bowl or baking tray, whisk together the milk, egg substitute, cinnamon and sugar until all combined. I use a ceramic baking tray so its easier to do the bread dipping!
Cut your bread into even slices, to your desired thickness. Soak your bread in the milk mixture for a few seconds on each side.
Place the soaked bread into the frying pan. Fry for a few minutes on either side. Then repeat this process until your bread has run out.
Layer your French toast up with whatever you wish and devour!
