These Biscoff rolls are PERFECT. They are quick, easy and super delicious. I urge you to make these as soon as you can!
Unlike some Cinnamon Roll recipes, this recipe can be completed in about one hour. The dough proof is only 30 minutes and the oven time is 25 minutes. I have previously found the process of making rolls quite long and tedious but this Biscoff Roll recipe solves these issues! Instead of a whole day of prepping the rolls, this whole process can be done in just over an hour making it much funner and easier. There is also no difference in flavour/ texture which is a big win!
Ingredients
The filling of these rolls include Biscoff spread, sugar and cinnamon. These flavours work perfectly together but if you wanted to switch it up feel free! You could go for a classic Cinnamon roll or mix it up with fruits/ chocolate. However if you are a Biscoff fan I know you are going to love these a lot.
Instructions
This recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy a roll. You are going to make your dough in a standing mixer before spreading biscoff spread and sugar on top. You will then roll them up and cut into desired roll shapes. Bake for 20 minutes, drizzle with more Biscoff and enjoy!
Add Biscoff spread to the dough
Cut into individual rolls
Add sugar and roll
Bake and drizzle with more Biscoff
Equipment
For this recipe, you will need a standing mixer, a large baking tray, a rolling pin and a sharp knife (alongside some standard kitchen equipment). The standing mixer I use is a Kitchen Aid and I can't recommend it enough. It's pricey but really worth it. The only additional equipment that I think is really useful with this recipe, and every recipe to be honest, is a mini spatula. It is a GOD SEND and I honestly couldn't live without it. It will make your life 100x easier too!
I think these are best when they are straight out of the oven. The Biscoff spread and cinnamon sugar will have caramelised whilst the dough is soft and warm. Honestly they are so so good!
I hope you love this recipe as much as I do! Let me know how you get on in the comments section below or on instagram 🙂

Biscoff Rolls
Ingredients
- 14 g Yeast quick, dry, instant
- 480 g Soy milk
- 110 g Sugar white, granulated
- 115 g Butter melted + extra for your baking tray
- 700 g Flour all-purpose, plain, white
- ½ teaspoon Salt
For the filling and topping
- 400 g Biscoff spread (1 jar) smooth
- 4 tablespoon Sugar granulated, white
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
- 6 Biscoff biscuits crushed
Instructions
- Warm your milk up until it is luke warm (either in the stove or in the microwave). Once your milk is the right temparature, pour it into a large bowl. Add the sugar and the yeast. Combine together with a whisk very briefly, for 1-2 seconds. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- After the five minutes, add the melted butter, 600g / 5 cups flour and salt to the yeast bowl. Spoon it together. Then, add your dough to a standing mixer with a dough mixer attached. Place it on a slow speed and allow the dough to come together in the mixer. Add the rest of the flour (100g/ 1 cup) as it mixes. A dough ball should form and the dough should pull away from the sides of the mixer. When it does, you can stop the mixer. Add slightly more flour if needed. Once ready, cover your bowl with a towel and let it rise for 30 minutes. Ideally let the dough rise in a warm area.
- Pre-heat your oven to 180°C/ 356°F.
- Flour your surface generously. Put the dough onto the surface then scatter some more flour on top. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into a large rectangular shape which is around 2 cm thick.
- On your dough, spread ⅔ of the Biscoff Spread jar. You can soften this in the microwave to make it easier to spread. In a small bowl, combine your granulated sugar and cinnamon. Spoon out the cinnamon sugar evenly onto the Biscoff Spread. Then, roll them up!
- Using a sharp knife, cut the dough up into even sized rolls. I cut 15 rolls. Grease a large baking tray with some vegan butter. Add the Biscoff Rolls to the baking tray as you go. You may need to use more than one baking tray! Bake them for 25 minutes.
- Once they are out of the oven, lets decorate them! Melt the remainder of the Biscoff spread. Once melted, pour the Biscoff spread on top of the rolls in a nice pattern. Then add the crushed Biscoff biscuits to the top.
- Serve them up whilst they are still warm and enjoy! To enjoy these the following days after baking, simply heat them up in the microwave. They go all delicious and soft again!
