This is a combination of two greats: mango cheesecake and milkshakes. Mango cheesecake is one of my favourite desserts during the summer, the fresh sweet mango seems like a perfect choice when the sun is shining! Unfortunately though, we don't always have a few hours to spare to make a cheesecake. When that is the case, this Mango Cheesecake Milkshake recipe comes in very handy.
This milkshake is a quick, easy way to get the taste of mango cheesecake whilst you're in a rush. The whole process takes under 10 minutes so can be made at any time: for breakfast, a quick snack, after dinner dessert etc, etc.
This is also pretty healthy, with only four ingredients! The mango, banana, cream cheese and milk combination makes a beautifully smooth, thick milkshake whilst getting some fruit in for the day!
I serve mine with whipped cream and crumbled biscuits, to add some indulgence and elevate the cheesecake vibe. You could incorporate biscuit further my creating a cheesecake-esque base in the bottom of your cup.
This is a perfect summer drink when you fancy something sweet but maybe don't want (or have the time) to make a whole dessert.
